Early check-in or late check-out requires approval and may incur extra charges.
Visitor Policy & Guest Limit
Registered Guests
Each room is limited to a maximum of 2 adult registered guests only, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
Maximum of 2 additional persons allowed per room (₱500 per extra guest per night).
Visitors
Visitors are allowed from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM only.
Each room may have up to 2 visitors at any given time.
Visitors may stay for a maximum of 3 hours.
All visitors must leave by 9:00 PM.
Overstay & Overnight Fees
Visitors who stay beyond the allowed time or stay overnight will be charged ₱500 per visitor.
Pool Access for Visitors
For Nipa Hut Rooms and Family Rooms, visitors may stay in the lobby area only.
Pool access is not included for visitors.
Visitors who wish to use the pool will be charged ₱200 per person.
General Rules
Guests are fully responsible for their visitors’ behavior and compliance with resort rules.
Management reserves the right to deny entry, access, or continued stay to visitors who do not comply with these policies.
Cleanliness & Damages
Guests are expected to maintain room cleanliness.
Any damaged or missing items will be charged accordingly.
Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited; penalties apply.
Security
Keep doors locked at all times.
Management is not liable for lost or unattended valuables.
Noise Policy
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Avoid loud noise that may disturb other guests.
